We include a prepaid return label on all EU orders.

Kindly use the prepaid return label without any cost. If you wish to exchange to a different size fill out attached return form. On exchange to a different size please place a new order and include the new order number in the return form, to ensure refund of freight on the new order. Yes - we cover the freight on your new order.
We recommend using our size guide and only selecting 1 size per style, to minimize freight weight/volume and carbon footprint.
Return:
If you wish to return a product fill out attached return form. When using the prepaid return label 20 euros will be deducted from your refund value.
If you choose 2 sizes per style, and return 1 size back, 20 euros will be deducted from your refund value.
Right of withdrawal:
Expire 14 days from receiving the goods. The product must be unused and returned in original packaging. When using your right of withdrawal, the full payment including standard freight will be refunded.
